Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 31, 2026
CareServ (“CareServ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our websites, contact us, request information, use our services, or communicate with us by email, telephone, or text message.
This Privacy Policy applies to CareServ websites and communications that link to it. It does not replace any separate privacy notice, business associate agreement, service agreement, or other contract that applies to a particular CareServ service or customer relationship. If another agreement imposes stronger privacy or security obligations, those obligations will continue to apply.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with CareServ, we may collect:
- Contact and identity information, such as your name, business email address, telephone or mobile number, company, job title, mailing address, and other identifiers you choose to provide.
- Inquiry and service information, such as the services in which you are interested, the contents of messages or support requests, appointment or meeting details, order or account updates, and records of our communications with you.
- Transaction and customer-relationship information, such as quotations, service selections, billing or payment-status information, and information needed to provide contracted services. Payment-card data may be processed by authorized payment providers rather than stored directly by CareServ.
- Website and device information, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie identifiers, and interaction data collected through cookies, analytics, security, and similar technologies.
- Marketing preferences and consent records, including whether, when, and how you consented to receive transactional or promotional communications and records of opt-out or revocation requests.
- Other information you voluntarily provide to us.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through a general website form unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure channel.
2. How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you; automatically through our websites and related technologies; from organizations with which you are affiliated; from service providers that support our operations; and from lawful public or commercial sources where permitted.
3. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- Respond to questions, requests, and support inquiries;
- Provide, administer, secure, maintain, and improve our websites, products, and services;
- Schedule appointments and send service-related notices, support updates, account alerts, order updates, and similar transactional communications;
- Send promotional communications about CareServ products, services, sales, discounts, special offers, events, and other marketing when permitted by law and consistent with your choices;
- Maintain records of consent, communication preferences, and opt-out requests;
- Process transactions, administer customer relationships, and perform contracts;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity;
- Comply with applicable law, legal process, regulatory obligations, and enforceable governmental requests;
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and enforce our agreements; and
- Perform other purposes disclosed at the time of collection or with your consent.
4. Text Messaging and Mobile Information
CareServ may collect mobile telephone numbers for two distinct purposes:
- Transactional messages: service-related communications such as appointment reminders, support updates, account alerts, and order or service-status updates.
- Marketing messages: promotional communications such as sales, discounts, special offers, product announcements, and event information.
Consent to transactional text messages and consent to marketing text messages are requested separately. Each consent is optional. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or submitting a website form. Where required, marketing consent authorizes CareServ to send marketing texts using automated technology to the number provided.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may reply STOP to unsubscribe from the applicable text-message program or HELP for help. We also honor other reasonable requests that clearly communicate a desire to stop receiving covered calls or texts. We will process revocation and opt-out requests within the time required by applicable law. A one-time non-marketing confirmation message may be sent to confirm an opt-out.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. Mobile information and text-message consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with unrelated third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability and delivery depend on your wireless carrier and network. See our Terms of Service for additional text-message terms.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and authorized providers may use necessary, preference, analytics, and advertising technologies to operate and secure our websites, remember settings, understand website use, and improve our services. You may control cookies through available cookie-management tools and your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality.
6. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information:
- To vendors and service providers that perform services for CareServ, such as website hosting, customer relationship management, communications, analytics, cybersecurity, support, and payment processing, subject to appropriate contractual and use restrictions;
- To professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and financing providers when reasonably necessary;
- To comply with law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests, or to protect rights, safety, security, property, and the integrity of our services;
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law; and
- With your direction or consent.
We do not grant blanket permission to unrelated third parties to use your telephone number or personal information for their own marketing. The text-message consent limitation in Section 4 applies even where another disclosure in this section might otherwise be permitted.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain consent and opt-out records, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, protect against fraud or abuse, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information, the relationship involved, and applicable requirements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.
8. Data Security and Disposal
CareServ uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These safeguards may include access controls, authentication, workforce practices, monitoring, secure service providers, backups, and procedures for securely disposing of covered records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a security incident affects information subject to breach-notification law, we will investigate and provide legally required notices consistent with applicable federal and state requirements, including Georgia requirements where applicable.
9. Your Choices and Requests
You may:
- Opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message;
- Opt out of text messages as described in Section 4;
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that CareServ maintains about you; and
- Ask questions about our privacy practices or withdraw a consent where withdrawal is legally available.
Submit requests to info@gocareserv.com or write to the address in Section 15. Please describe your request and the information involved. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. We may retain or decline to delete information where reasonably necessary to complete transactions, provide requested services, maintain consent or suppression records, protect security, exercise legal rights, comply with law, or satisfy another permitted exception. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.
10. Do Not Call and Communication Preferences
CareServ honors applicable federal and Georgia Do Not Call requirements, prior express invitations or permissions, and direct requests not to receive covered solicitations. Your communication choices may apply differently to transactional communications that are necessary to administer a current service and to promotional communications. We will not use a marketing opt-in to override a later opt-out.
11. Third-Party Sites
Our websites may link to websites, platforms, or services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and CareServ is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our websites and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without legally required parental consent. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
13. U.S. Processing
CareServ operates in the United States. If you access our websites from another jurisdiction, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy at this location and update the effective date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes. We will not use a policy update to retroactively expand text-message consent.
